ASTA Logo Violators

Adhering to ASTA’s strict code of ethics is an express condition of ASTA membership, which is why the ASTA logo is recognized around the world as a symbol of professionalism and integrity. ASTA is committed to defending against unauthorized use of its logo. 



This page lists the names of companies that are using ASTA’s logo without permission. The ASTA name and logo are trademarks registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and are only available for use by ASTA members in good standing. It is ASTA’s policy to take any steps necessary under state and federal law to prevent unauthorized use of our trademarked material.  

ASTA's Code of Ethics 

As a condition of membership, ASTA members pledge to conduct their business activities in a manner that promotes the ideal of integrity in travel and agree to act in accordance with the applicable sections of the Principles of the ASTA Code of Ethics.  Complaints about suspected violations should be formally filed in writing with the ASTA Consumer Affairs Department.
