My name is Nora Ou, and I have been in the travel industry for 15 years. I have worked at China Highlights under Highlights Travel Company, serving as a Trip Advisor for 4 years, a Product Manager for 7 years, and a Customer Relationship Manager for 4 years. Our company has over 26 years of history, with more than 60 local offices in China and over 300 guides. We provide customized DMC services throughout China, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Currently, we are expanding our business from China to other Asian countries such as Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and India.
